本演讲将首先介绍FTTH亚太委员会的新使命，然后介绍亚太地区FTTH普及率最高的几个国家、地区的FTTH发展情况。接下来将与听众分享最新的市场发展经验、最近的市场预测。最后将介绍一下今年5月在澳大利亚举行的FTTH亚太会议/展览。
The Vice-President of the Asia-pacific FTTH Council will first give some background of the new mission of this non-profit organization that represents all areas of broadband industries. Then, he will depict the highest economies with highest FTTH penetration. This will be followed by some experience sharing of the latest market dynamics and giving update on the latest forecasts. Finally, he will give an update on the FTTH APAC Conference/Exhibition which was held in Australia in May 2009.

Benjamin Reboul从2009年5月被选为FTTH亚太委员会的副总裁，之前的2008年6月被选为董事，还当选为市场发展委员会主席。从2009年2月，被任命为FTTH委员会（亚太、欧洲和北美）国际顾问组主席。 
Benjamin拥有School of Engineering Electronics, Computer Engineering and Telecomm- unication of Paris的工程学士学位和University of South of France的科学硕士学位。

Benjamin Reboul, Vice-President of the FTTH Council Asia-Pacific since May 2009 and to the Board of Directors of the FTTH Council (APAC), and Chairman of the Market Development Committee since June 2008. In addition, Benjamen was assigned as the Chairman of the IAG - International Advisory Group of the FTTH councils (APAC, Europe & North-America) since February 2009.
Benjamin holds a BSc (Honours) in Engineering from the School of Engineering Electronics, Computer Engineering and Telecommunication of Paris, and a Masters of Science (Honours) from the University of South of France.
Benjamin Reboul is currently the Director of Alcatel-Lucent’s Solutions & Marketing organization, managing the FTTX Solutions group and representing Public Affair, both for the Asia-Pacific region from his base in Shanghai. Previous to his current role, Benjamin led for the last three years the access fiber product strategy and business development activities for the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this, he headed both technical and commercial teams in EMEA & LATAM with regional responsibilities for the development and take to market of emerging technologies within broadband access, voice and applications.
Benjamin came to Alcatel-Lucent through his roles in operations and services in start-up companies such as Livingston and Ascend, which were acquired.
